Jair Lynch Pitches 110-Unit Affordable Development Along Columbia Pike

A large affordable residential development has been pitched for an older apartment building along Columbia Pike.
Jair Lynch has filed plans with Arlington County for a new, 110-unit all-affordable development at 4230 Columbia Pike (map). The new development, designed by KGD Architecture, would take the place of a two-story garden apartment building and small surface parking lot at the address.
