The 720 square-foot unit has hardwood floors, an updated kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, numerous windows which makes the place very bright and to top it off, it is across the street from Filter, one of the best new coffee shops in the city. Even though the monthly fees look high, keep in mind that this includes property taxes. With a 20 percent down payment at a 5 percent interest rate, your monthly payments are going to pretty close to what you would pay to rent a similarly-sized unit in the area.
