Located on the northern edge of Old Town, this two-bedroom row house has a couple features that help maintain the home’s character while accounting for modern realities. For example, the living room wall has been designed so that a flat screen TV can be hidden when it is not being watched. Electricity, gas, water, cable and internet are all included in the monthly rent, which is $2,800 for leases of a year or longer, but $300 more if the renter can’t at least commit to a year.
