Summer Sublet Near Capitol Hill’s Lincoln Park

For those planning on being in DC just for the summer, this property is available from May through August. The narrow, relatively small row house is located on the eastern side of Capitol Hill near Lincoln Park. Instead of renting an apartment for around the same price, the renter of this house can enjoy a front porch and a fenced-in backyard.
