A recent study revealed that the most in-bound apartment searches in Baltimore and Denver originated from the DC area. In light of this, UrbanTurf rounded up some options in each city to see what renters can get for $1,700-1,800 per month.
A One-and-Den in DC's Rosedale Neighborhood
This one bedroom-plus-den is in a newer, streetcar-accessible condo building in Rosedale and sports finishes ranging from hardwood floors to recessed lighting.
