Here is proof that you can live in Dupont Circle on the cheap. This week’s Deal of the Week is a junior one-bedroom unit (somewhere between a studio and a one-bedroom unit) two blocks south of the Circle for just $175,000. While the bedroom and living area are the same, there is a den with a small patio and a brand new kitchen and bathroom.
