Here is proof that you can live in Dupont Circle on the cheap. This week’s Deal of the Week is a junior one-bedroom unit (somewhere between a studio and a one-bedroom unit) two blocks south of the Circle for just $175,000. While the bedroom and living area are the same, there is a den with a small patio and a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The unit is obviously not for everyone, but the condo fees are just north of $100, and the monthly payments are only $900 if you can put down 20 percent. More photos and info below.
