Buyers who are looking for a loft in the true sense of the word don’t have a lot of choices in DC. This Week’s Find comes pretty close to the real thing, though.

The 1,258 square-foot unit in the Bryan School project not far from Lincoln Park has 12-foot ceilings, cherry wood floors, exposed brick walls and oversized windows, all characteristic features of lofts. The current owner divided the space into a living and dining area, a bedroom with additional storage and an area for a desk. (There is also a cool wine closet.)
