This Week's Find: Priced to Sell in Mount Pleasant: Figure 1

In late March, we featured a very attractive three-bedroom condo tucked away on 18th Street in Mount Pleasant. It is now back on the market at almost a $50K discount, justification in our opinion to be This Week’s Find. The two-level unit has a large kitchen and very bright living and dining area as well as an enormous turreted master bedroom. There are two outdoor spaces — a smaller balcony and a large outdoor deck area — and there is one assigned parking space in back. Remember when this property hit the market (7/29) because it could be off the market before the end of the month. More details and photos below.
