This week’s best new listings include a renovated one-bedroom condo in Mount Pleasant, a three-bedroom townhouse in between the U Street Corridor and Adams Morgan and a three-bedroom bungalow in Arlington with a great family room.

Renovated One-Bedroom in Mount Pleasant

It is hard to describe what neighborhood this three-bedroom townhouse is in as it seems to sit between the U Street Corridor and Adams Morgan. The fact that it does not seem to fall in either of these areas does not take away from its appeal, though. The first floor has very high ceilings and the living area, which includes a wall of exposed brick, leads into a large dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a large custom closet, the second bedroom is only slightly smaller than the master and the third would make for a good home office.
