For those desiring a metropolitan lifestyle with suburban conveniences, The Townhomes at Reston Station offer an ideal place to call home.
The community features 115 modern new townhomes surrounded by retail and recreation, and is an example of an innovative and urban neighborhood in a suburban setting that offers homebuyers the best of life within walking distance®—something on which developer EYA has made its name and reputation over the last 30 years. The community will also include a multifamily development anchored by restaurants and retail shops, with construction beginning next year.
At The Townhomes at Reston Station, you’ll live just steps to Metro’s Wiehle-Reston East Station. Adjacent to the Metro, you’ll enjoy a variety of walkable restaurants, boutiques and cafes (including Matchbox and Founding Farmers). And if you’re looking for recreation, there’s the W&OD trail; a Reston Association membership includes neighborhood golf, pool and tennis courts; and a VIDA Fitness’ flagship location, which will include roughly 50,000 square feet over three floors, an Aura Spa, Bang Salon, Fuel Bar, rooftop spa/pool club, variety of niche therapies and more. Last but not least, a new JW Marriott hotel is being built and will feature 250 rooms and 90 JW branded luxury condos.
The Townhomes at Reston Station will be bordered by urban parks, landscaped plazas and gathering spaces that include children’s playground, bocce ball court, and more.
Phase one of Reston Station will deliver by the end of the year and just five townhomes, featuring the Anderson floorplan, remain on the market. The Anderson starts at $845,000 and includes a base of three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-car garage, with options to include up to four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. This open, contemporary floorplan also includes a signature EYA design: an upper level loft that leads to an outdoor rooftop terrace.
Phase two will feature 35 townhomes, including elevator townhomes, with sales beginning this fall, and move-ins starting in 2023. In addition to the Anderson floorplan, phase two will include The Baker and The Conrad floorplans, starting from $1.1M and $1.2M respectively. Both include private in-home elevators, two-car garage parking and three bedrooms, with the option of up to four bedrooms.
Interiors feature sleek, high-end finishes including quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, Shaker-style cabinetry, options for deluxe or Euro kitchen packages, energy-saving LED lighting, nine-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances and wide plank flooring. Homebuyers can also personalize their homes with optional features such as a linear fireplace and designer stair rails.
The Anderson and Baker model homes are currently available to tour daily, by appointment and during open house hours Saturday and Sunday from 12-4 pm. For more information on the final 2022 quick move-in homes, and to be among the first to hear about the new releases coming in phase two, visit the community website here and fill out the form to learn more.
