UrbanTurf continues its annual look at the neighborhood housing markets around the DC region as we head over to McLean.
When McLean is mentioned on the pages of this publication, it is usually when we are covering some the highest priced homes in the DC area. With an average home price of $1.9 million, the 22101 zip code is one of the priciest in the area, and those prices only went up more (17%) in 2022. Despite the rise in prices, homes were still regularly selling for above asking based on the original sales to list price ratio.
