Do you want to smell great while hanging out in two luxury condominiums in DC?

DC real estate brokerage UrbanLand Company is sponsoring a Fragrance Release Event and Cocktail Party on Thursday, May 19, 2011 from 6 to 9pm. The event will be held in two luxury 2-level condominiums in a building aptly known as The Colossal at 1730 First Street NW (map) with plenty of food, cocktails, entertainment and free designer fragrances. In fact, every 15 minutes, UrbanLand Company will be giving away a new designer fragrance, including scents from Michael Kors and Juicy Couture for the ladies, and Armani and John Varvatos for the men.

DJ Danny Harris (On & On) will be spinning, covering the musical spectrum by playing crowd pleasers, hip hop, guilty pleasures and mash ups. There will be giveaways for everyone who attends including designer fragrance samples for all.

“We came up with the ‘Fragrance Release Event’ concept as a fun, sexy alternative to traditional open houses,” said UrbanLand founder Gerard DiRuggiero. “We’ve had over 80 people at each of our last two events this year and these condos are the perfect venue to bring the DC community together for a good time and some great fragrances.”

The units in The Colossal will be newly listed for sale and there will be information on other for-sale luxury properties in various DC neighborhoods at the event. UrbanLand Company agents will also be on hand for anyone wanting general information on properties in DC that fit all budgets.

Bring your friends and tell your coworkers. Come early and stay late. Stop by while you’re already headed out for the evening, or make this your whole night. All you have to do is RSVP via Facebook.
