The 267-unit condo development that helped revitalize the U Street Corridor is almost sold out. Union Row, which covers an entire city block on 14th Street between V and W Streets, has just five remaining units.
The development includes two buildings, The Flats and The Warehouses, which offer “loft-style” residences with layouts that combine modern finishes with open loft designs. Four units are still for sale at The Flats, but just one is left at The Warehouses.
The remaining units offer a variety options for home buyers.
Living Room and View of Terrace in Unit 816
If you love being outdoors, Unit 816 is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit with a wraparound terrace that measures out at 1,555 square feet (larger than most two-bedroom apartments in DC).
View of Living Area in Unit 902
If that much outdoor space is a little daunting, Unit 902 is a 1,290 square-foot, one-bedroom-plus-den unit that has access to a private roof terrace with downtown views of the Washington Monument, in addition to a second floor loft space. (See the view from the loft space above.) If you prefer views of the National Cathedral, Unit 910, a slightly smaller unit with a similar layout, is available on the opposite side of the building.
Unit 301W at The Warehouses
And, if you are interested in not just space but privacy as well, go take a look at Unit 301W, a three-level, three-bedroom unit in The Warehouses that offers private entry, loft and terrace space and measures out at over 2,000 square feet.
Union Row has more than just great homes, though. The ground floor offers retail and restaurant options including the southern-themed restaurant Eatonville, healthy-minded Yes! Organic Market, green dry cleaner Georgetown Valet and a CVS Pharmacy. The development is also just a block from 14th and U Street, one of the trendiest intersections in the city.
