The 267-unit condo development that helped revitalize the U Street Corridor is almost sold out. Union Row, which covers an entire city block on 14th Street between V and W Streets, has just five remaining units.

The development includes two buildings, The Flats and The Warehouses, which offer “loft-style” residences with layouts that combine modern finishes with open loft designs. Four units are still for sale at The Flats, but just one is left at The Warehouses.

Organic Market, green dry cleaner Georgetown Valet and a CVS Pharmacy. The development is also just a block from 14th and U Street, one of the trendiest intersections in the city.
