If you want to check out the amazing views from the deck above, come out to the grand opening of the two new model townhomes at Old Town Commons this Saturday, December 4th from 11am to 4pm.

In the same way that the homes of developer EYA’s Chancellor’s Row project are designed to complement DC’s row house architecture, the townhomes of Old Town Commons are built to look like the homes that have been in Old Town for a century. In total, Old Town Commons offers four three and four-bedroom townhome models with rooftop terraces and either garage parking or an enclosed private rear yard. Homes start in the upper $500,000s.

In keeping with the green building movement, the new homes have been designed to LEED for Homes standards set by the U.S. Green Building Council. Low-flow toilets and recycled construction materials reduce environmental impact, and all the homes are outfitted with programmable thermostats, enhanced insulation, and heat reflective roofing to save the homeowner money.

Anyone who attends the grand opening will have the opportunity to enter and win one of five delectable prizes from Old Town favorites Restaurant Eve, Jackson 20, Grape + Bean, and Hotel Monaco or a $500 King Street shopping spree.
