This is not the first Raising Canes location in the city. In January, an outpost opened at Union Station.
Raising Canes is just the latest higher profile company to announce a Georgetown opening. In January, news came that Tesla would move its downtown location to M Street, and late last year Kim Kardashian's Skims underwear brand filed plans to open a store across the street at the Eastbanc building at 3300 M Street NW.
