Metro Connections Bus to Become Circulator in September

Starting September 1st, the blue Metro Connections bus that runs between Dupont Circle and Rosslyn will change colors to red and join the DC Circulator route, the Washington Business Journal reports.

Aside from the District Department of Transportation taking over the reins for the bus service, the route, frequency (every 10 minutes) and fare ($1) will remain the same.
Electronic fare boxes will be added in September, according to the Washington Business Journal.
From Dupont Circle to Rosslyn, the route includes the following stops:
- Dupont Circle Metro Station
- M Street & New Hampshire Avenue
- M Street & 24th Street
- M Street & 28th Street
- 30th Street & M Street (East End)
- 31st Street & M Street (Urban Outfitters)
- Wisconsin Avenue & M Street (Georgetown Center)
- 33rd Street & M Street (Cady’s Alley)
- Key Bridge Marriott
- Rosslyn Metro Station
