Kim Kardashian is coming to Georgetown.
Kardashian's Skims underwear brand has filed plans with DC's Historic Preservation Office (HPO) to open a store at the Eastbanc-owned building at 3300 M Street NW (map). Earlier this year, Skims announced that it would be opening its first permanent stores in 2024, with Los Angles and New York as the initial locations.

There is no opening date for the Georgetown store currently, and it will need to go before DC's Historic Preservation Review Board in order to get its plans approved. The store will take over the space previously occupied by women's fashion brand Intermix, which closed in March.
