Highbridge Apartments, one of DC’s most well-appointed apartment properties, is now 90 percent leased with just a handful of one- and two-bedroom units remaining. Highbridge is open for tours and, for a limited time, is offering two months free rent for two-bedrooms and one month free for one-bedrooms*.
As a historic property, located in Georgetown just at the Dupont Circle boundary (map), Highbridge was carefully refurbished to intertwine historic building elements—like skylights, exposed brick and crystal chandeliers—with modern amenities. Ninety-six homes were built, with 19 unique floorplans.
The apartments at Highbridge range up to nearly 1,000 square feet and have tasteful, modern interiors with high-end finishes, including wide plank flooring, quartz countertops, in-home washer and dryers, gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, track lighting and keyless entry. Pricing ranges from $1,950 a month for studios to $4,800 a month for two bedrooms.
Though Highbridge is located in a location offering access to hundreds of amenities in Georgetown and Dupont Circle, the property has built a strong sense of on-site community with social events, like wine tastings, live entertainment and pet spa days, and a partnership with Sweat DC, which hosts on-site Core & Run and yoga sessions for residents.
Additional amenities include a clubroom with bar, lounge and billiards; a 24/7 state-of-the-art fitness studio; a co-working space and library with a fireplace; landscaped courtyards; and outdoor grilling stations and entertainment space. Highbridge also offers a professional on-site management team and concierge services, and private storage is available.
Georgetown is home to some of DC’s most high-end shops, as well as dozens of bars, restaurants and cafes like Blue Bottle Coffee, Chez Billy Sud and Fiola Mare. The location of Highbridge Apartments is also minutes from both West End and Foggy Bottom and is ideal for taking advantage of all that Dupont Circle has to offer. The Dupont Circle Metro station is within close walking distance, as are amenities like the Dupont Circle Farmer’s market and cafes like the neighborhood’s beloved Kramerbooks & Afterwards.
To learn more about Highbridge Apartments or to book a tour, visit the property online here or email info@highbridgedc.com.
*For limited time offer, renters must lease within 48 hours of tour; 14 month or longer lease required.
