JBG/Grosvenor 14th Street Project To Be Called District Condos

On Wednesday, representatives from JBG Companies and Grosvenor and members of the DC City Council met at Garden District on 14th Street to unveil the name of the new 125-unit JBG/Grosvenor development to be built at 14th and S Streets NW. The project will be called District Condos.

Here are other details about the project, some that we have published in previous posts:
- The project will likely deliver in Spring 2012. Groundbreaking is expected in the next 2 to 3 weeks.
- Prospective buyers can register for information here. Sales will start next spring.
- 85 percent of the units will be efficiencies and one-bedrooms.
- Pricing and unit renderings are expected to be released in the coming months.
- The building will have an indoor gym, as well as a roof deck with seating areas, a kitchen, bar, and sundeck.
- One-bedrooms at the project will come in at around 650 square feet; two-bedroom units at around 1000 square feet.
