Of the ten zip codes with the highest T3 index score, which incorporates metrics like showing requests and appointments, home searches and views, and home sales, seven were located in Virginia.
While Virginia remains most in-demand , two Maryland zip codes -- 20708, home to Laurel, and 20716, home to Bowie -- cracked the top five zip codes with the highest demand. The one DC zip code in the top ten was 20005, which largely consists of the southern half of Logan Circle.
