HGTV Looking For "Unsellables" in DC

DC home owners that have houses or units that have been listed for sale for a long time and are in need of a makeover, HGTV is looking for you.
The station's program The Unsellables, which explores why a particular home listed on the real estate market just doesn't sell, is looking for suitable homeowners and real estate agents in DC to be on the show before it starts filming this spring.
In typical HGTV fashion, the show is looking to feature houses that are "too cluttered, poorly decorated and/or outdated." At no cost to the owner, HGTV will give the home a complete facelift.
However before applying, make sure that you meet the following age and property status conditions set by the production company:
- Homeowners must not be over 48, and ideally have families
- Homes must not be valued over $800,000
- Homes must have been on the market for at least 30 days
- Homes be owner occupied
- Homes must not be in foreclosure or a short sale
