Landmark Lofts

A week after pleading guilty to commit securities fraud, disgraced New York Congressman Chris Collins is selling his DC home.

The former representative listed his two-bedroom unit at Landmark Lofts along I Street NE (map) late last week for $1.1 million. The corner residence spreads out over 1,300 square feet and comes with a large private patio and a personal wine closet.

Last Monday, Collins resigned and pleaded guilty to felony insider trading, including conspiracy to commit securities fraud and lying to the FBI. The insider trading charges are related to Collins passing private information about Australian drug company Innate to family members. Collins faces up to ten years in prison.
