Two-bedroom houses are fairly rare in upper northwest neighborhoods like Tenleytown and Chevy Chase DC. But this week’s installment of Deal of the Week not only fits into that category, but is also the lowest priced single-family home on the market in all of 20016.

The two-bedroom, 1.5-bath home is adjacent to Fort Reno Park and about a five-minute walk from the Tenleytown Metro station on the Red Line. Built in 1915, the property has a long living/dining area that runs the length of the home, and a large kitchen. Unlike a lot of houses this size in the city, the bedrooms on the second floor are both large, but to get to the one full bathroom you have to walk through the master bedroom.
