For this installment of Deal of the Week, we find a two-bedroom, renovated row house next to Union Station that is available for the price of many one-bedroom condos in the District.

Even though it was fully renovated in 2005 and 2006, the home still has many of its historic touches including exposed hand-formed brick walls and oak wood floors. The kitchen has all new energy efficient appliances, the main bedroom is spacious and the living room is cozy. While street parking is fairly easy to find in the area, the row house comes with a parking space in back.

The street itself will also be a draw to some buyers. Parker Street is just one block long and narrow, and its tidy, colorful row houses give it a village-like feel.
