Deal of the Week: Glover Park One-Bedroom With a Few Quirks

Living Room
This installment of Deal of the Week is a nice-sized Glover Park one-bedroom, with a few quirks that bring its price into bargain range.
This home has a lot going for it: 750 square feet, charming arched doorways, a sunroom, and a top floor location with leafy views. The co-op fees of $340/per month are on the low side, given that taxes and several utilities are included, and the building is about a block from Glover Archbold Park.
However, a couple oddities may explain the relatively low price. The bedroom’s only window is internal and looks into the sunroom, which is attached to the kitchen. Without central AC, the bedroom is dependent on the sunroom for temperature control. The kitchen and bathroom also seem a bit outdated.
The sellers have dropped the price by $25,000 since first listing it in May. Evidence of a growing toddler in the photos may hint at the reason for their high motivation. More details and photos below.
