1734 P Street NW, #6
Prices for two-bedroom listings in Dupont Circle can range widely, but rarely does a home that fits the legitimate two-bedroom criteria hit the market for less than $440,000. This installment of Deal of the Week fits into that category.

Master bedroom
The 1,100 square-foot unit is a co-op that sits on P Street between 17th and 18th (not far from this famous studio). In addition to its low price per square foot ($399), the monthly fees are also reasonable if you consider that they include taxes, heat, gas and water.

Dining area
The home has two good-sized bedrooms, one that is currently being used as an office, a bright living space that has been split to make room for a dining area, and a clawfoot tub in the bathroom.
The unit is not without its drawbacks, though, as the kitchen is rather small, there is just one bathroom, and the A/C will have to come from window units (for the record, UrbanTurf does not see the latter as a negative). None of these issues seemed to deter potential buyers, though, as over 60 people came by the open house on Sunday. We understand that offers will be reviewed on Wednesday.
