Two established players in the Washington, DC, real estate market—developer Columbia Property Capital and realtor Kristy DeBruhl of Compass—are coming together to better serve DC’s real estate needs.
Second-generation realtor Kristy DeBruhl has more than 20 years of industry experience, and has developed a reputation for dedication to her clients and attention to detail. As a licensed agent in DC, Virginia and Maryland, DeBruhl is also able to offer her passion for real estate to clients across a wide geographic area.
As part of the Compass DC team, DeBruhl is a member of the area’s most exciting brokerage. In November 2014, New York City tech startup Compass (formerly known as Urban Compass) acquired boutique DC brokerage Lindsay Reishman Real Estate. Powered by Compass’s proprietary technology—including an integrated consumer website and mobile app—Compass DC officially launched in the DC metro area in February 2015.
Columbia Property Capital is a prominent property development company quickly establishing itself as one of DC’s top purveyors of condominium conversions. Having completed more than 290 real estate transactions, 140 of them in the greater Washington region, Columbia Property Capital is focused on the innovative use of space with an eye for quality and functionality in both design and construction.
By entering into a partnership, DeBruhl and Columbia Property Capital aim to provide buyers with superior service and stunning properties in the DC market.
Coming up next for the DeBruhl and Columbia Property Capital partnership will be 16 condominiums located at 1514 Newton Street NW (map), aptly named Residence La Belle Vie, in the trendy Columbia Heights neighborhood.
The building will feature 12 condos with one bedroom and one bathroom, and an additional four condos with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the units will be designed with modern, open-concept layouts, contemporary finishes and high-end appliances.
