Longtime readers of UrbanTurf may remember The Coronado, as we featured the 28-unit project in Adams Morgan shortly before a total renovation, that included connecting the two buildings via a glass walkway, was completed in the middle of 2009. This 1,200 square-foot two-bedroom plus den unit in the boutique project was recently put on the market, and like other condos in the building, it features 11-foot ceilings, stained oak floors and an open kitchen, dining and living area. The listing is also one of the few in the building that includes an underground parking space.
