$125,000 Over For an Adams Morgan Penthouse
A buyer clearly loved that this Adams Morgan two-bedroom provided about 900 more square feet than the typical two-bedroom unit in the city. Listed in September, the home recently closed for $125,000 above its asking price. The 2,041 square-foot home has an open layout spread out over two levels with a large, updated kitchen and a wall of tall windows which provide a view and natural light. Both bedrooms benefit from the high ceilings and the master bedroom has a modern en suite attached. The unit comes with a garage parking space and a long balcony.
