Another large new condo project has been pitched for the DC region.
Developer Renaissance Centro unveiled The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Tysons on Wednesday, a 20-story, 102-unit condo development that will sit next to The Ritz-Carlton hotel and Tysons Galleria in Tysons Corner (map). The development will be the first Ritz-Carlton Residences in Virginia.
Designed by New York-based architecture firm FXCollaborative, the tower will offer expansive residences starting at $1 million. Floor plans are being developed with London-based MAWD | March and White Design and will feature hardwood flooring, spa-inspired bathrooms, chef’s kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Tysons and the adjacent hotel. Select residences will offer direct-access elevators, fireplaces, and integrated bar areas.
With Ritz-Carlton’s hospitality in mind, residents will have access to over 15,000 square feet of private amenities, including a full-service wellness center, sauna, steam room, outdoor pool, and treatment rooms. The building will also feature a rooftop lounge, fitness center, coworking spaces, pet spa, and a theater/media room. Signature Ritz-Carlton services—such as 24-hour concierge, valet, bellman, and curated lifestyle programming—will be standard.
Construction is expected to begin next year, with completion and occupancy scheduled for late 2028. McWilliams|Ballard is handling sales and marketing. As part of the broader development plan, a new public park with green space, sports courts, and recreational trails are also in the works.
