94-Unit Office-To-Residential Conversion Pitched In Virginia Square

Add another project to the list of office properties in northern Virginia pitched for residential conversion.
Gilbane Development Company has filed plans with Arlington County to convert the office building at 3601 Wilson Boulevard (map) into a 94-unit residential project. The building is currently vacant.

The proposal is to convert the second through sixth floors of the project into residential units, with minor changes to the building exterior and landscaping. Soto Architecture and Urban Design are helming the design of the project.
