A new boutique condo project is nearing completion on Capitol Hill.

Resolution Capitol Management is in the final stages of construction on Barracks View, a new 10-unit condo building along Barracks Row at 733 8th Street SE (map). The top two floors of the new building will feature four duplexes, each with their own roof deck.
The Square 134 Architects-designed project will have one inclusionary zoning unit and is looking to deliver in November.
