For this installment of “What X Buys You,” we looked in the $750K price point and found a 2,000 square-foot, two-bedroom condo in Logan Circle. The property just recently came on the market, and sits on a relatively quiet stretch of Corcoran Street between 13th and 14th. The living room has an enormous set of bay windows and both this room and the dining room have very high ceilings. There is also a library on the main level and a new kitchen off the dining room.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and each has its own bathroom with hand-carved Stone Forest wash basins, marble counters and travertine floors. There is a small deck off the back of the main level that looks down into a garden. The monthly fees ($200) for the unit are fairly low, given that it also comes with a parking space. More details and photos below.
