What Does $399K Buy You?: Figure 1

In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we look at in the $399K price point and find a spacious one-bedroom unit right on Logan Circle. At 946 square feet, it is large by one-bedroom standards in DC, and the listing description notes that you should not “be fooled by the B1 address” as the condo is almost completely above ground. The unit has a large living area with a woodburning fireplace, room for a good-sized dining room table and the bay windows provide a framed view of the Circle.
