In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we head to The Wyoming, one of the oldest condos in DC, to look at what you can get in this fancy building for $350K. We found a particularly spacious (857 square feet) one-bedroom condo where the living area alone is 30 feet deep. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated and renovated and the bedroom is large with double closets. While the monthly fees here are a tad high, walking into the enormous and ornate lobby each night may make those lofty fees seem justified. More details and photos below.
