The photo above probably brings to mind Big Apple lofts that you have seen in the movies or on TV (at least it did for us). However, this two-bedroom, 1.5-bath loft is in the most unlikely of places in DC: on the corner of Colorado Avenue and Military Road in Brightwood. The true asset of this unit is the living and kitchen area which features two 20-foot walls covered in windows, bamboo floors, and a large, open floorplan. The downside to this unit is that the bedrooms are rather small, but given its price, we imagine that most prospective buyers will be willing to compromise. More details and photos below.
