A 3,500 Square Foot Loft in Downtown Chicago

This two-bedroom unit is a true loft: It’s located in a former printing factory near Chicago’s Grant Park. The 3,500 square-foot space has 10.5-foot ceilings, a large open space that’s clearly been used as office space for a company, and a unique circular library enclosed in the center of the condo. The unit was originally listed for closer to $900,000, but it’s sat on the market for a while and has since been reduced.
