A Taco With Your Two-Bedroom
This two-bedroom apartment sits in the Argonne Apartments on Columbia Road near 16th Street. The 1,308 square-foot layout means that there is room for a second bathroom and a huge living room, making it a comfortable option for roommates. The building has a rooftop swimming pool and gym, but its crowning amenity may be that Pica Taco is located on the ground floor. The apartment is available for rent immediately.

The units are quite swanky, too: they are pre-wired for cable and internet and outfitted with marble bath features. The master bedroom in this unit has a walk-in closet, a separate dining area and a large living room with an attached balcony.

Three-Bedroom Row House on Eastern Edge of the Hill

In addition to a good-sized rear patio area, the home has staple amenities like a dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as hardwood floors, a new kitchen and a good deal of storage space. The home is available for rent starting on September 1, but those who smoke or have pets need not apply.
