A Taco With Your Two-Bedroom

This two-bedroom apartment sits in the Argonne Apartments on Columbia Road near 16th Street. The 1,308 square-foot layout means that there is room for a second bathroom and a huge living room, making it a comfortable option for roommates. The building has a rooftop swimming pool and gym, but its crowning amenity may be that Pica Taco is located on the ground floor. The apartment is available for rent immediately.

A Concierge in Cleveland Park

Tucked away in Cleveland Park is the Archstone 2501 Porter, a luxury high-rise apartment building that offers high-end features like a concierge service, a dry-cleaner and an online rent payment option. The units are quite swanky, too: they are pre-wired for cable and internet and outfitted with marble bath features. The master bedroom in this unit has a walk-in closet, a separate dining area and a large living room with an attached balcony.

Three-Bedroom Row House on Eastern Edge of the Hill

Situated on the northeast edge of Capitol Hill near the H Street Corridor, this renovated row house doesn’t have the largest three bedrooms in the city, but makes up for that in other ways. In addition to a good-sized rear patio area, the home has staple amenities like a dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as hardwood floors, a new kitchen and a good deal of storage space. The home is available for rent starting on September 1, but those who smoke or have pets need not apply.
