A New Two-Bedroom in Columbia Heights

This two-bedroom apartment is one of four units completed in Columbia Heights in January. The building is located not far from the Giant grocery store on Park Road. In addition to everything being essentially brand new, the apartment has 10-foot ceilings and a very open layout in the living space. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, but no parking. The apartment is available immediately.

A Corner Row House in Brightwood

Sitting to the west of Coolidge Senior High School, this end-unit, updated rowhouse is about a mile south of the Takoma Metro station. The home has a good-sized living area and kitchen on the first floor and a finished basement that looks to be lived in currently. In addition to a front porch, the home has a back deck that leads to a good-sized yard. The move-in date for the home is offered from mid-June to early July.

Each floor of the rowhouse where this one-bedroom is located has become an individual apartment. This unit spreads out over 1,300 square feet on the second floor, and with its one-bedroom and den set up, appeals to a single or couple looking to live downtown. The centerpiece of the home is the living room with tall ceilings, an exposed brick fireplace and maple hardwood floors. The unit comes with both a washer/dryer and a parking spot.
