In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we look in the $290K range, a good price point for anyone that is looking to take advantage of the $8K tax credit (expiring April 30th) to consider. This one-bedroom unit in Mount Pleasant is certainly not for all buyers, but if you are a young professional who has some money and would prefer not to rent in this neighborhood, it is a pretty good deal.
