A One-Bedroom Alley House in Foggy Bottom

This luxe little listing brings to mind the “carriage” houses on Miller’s Court we profiled recently, though this house looks a bit smaller. The one-bedroom alley rowhouse is just off Washington Circle in Foggy Bottom. It’s been brought up-to-date with luxury finishes, a remote-controlled fireplace and an updated kitchen. The upstairs bedroom has a well-designed Murphy bed that blends into the wall, and the home comes with a washer/dryer and a backyard.

A One-Bedroom with a Den in Logan Circle

This one-bedroom south of Logan Circle has its own entrance, a generously-sized living room, and a small den. The unit is just one block off of the circle itself, and is completely updated with new appliances. It appears to be a ground-floor or English basement-level unit and is available October 1.

A Three-Bedroom in Fort Totten For a Brooklynite That Misses Home

Your dollar goes a lot further in northeast, where you can live in this three-bedroom Fort Totten house for the same price as the one-bedroom units above. The home has some creative touches, like a bedroom with a chalk wall featuring a carefully-drawn recreation of the Brooklyn Bridge. There are also a number of practical features like a finished basement, front porch, back yard, and a parking spot.
