Luxury Apartment in Mount Vernon Triangle

This one-bedroom is located in The Sonata, a 75-unit luxury condo building in Mount Vernon Triangle. The building went up in 2007, so the unit is likely still in good condition. While the square footage isn’t listed, from the photos it looks like things are pretty tight: the bathroom has a stand-up shower only, and the combined living room/kitchen doesn’t appear to have space for a dining table. The juliet balcony eases the claustrophobia a bit. Available on November 1st.

One-Bedroom Corner Unit in Adams Morgan

Access to a courtyard and recent renovations make this one-bedroom apartment an appealing option for those looking in this price range. Located in Adams Morgan, the unit is apparently quiet, while still in close proximity to the bars and restaurants that make the neighborhood a fun place to live. We also liked the cool kitchen backsplash and the seemingly plentiful closet space.

Three-Bedroom Family Home in Rockville

For those looking for something a little more spacious, this 988-square foot home may fit the bill. The home seems family ready, with three bedrooms, a rec room and a large back deck. It’s also convenient for commuters; the Garrett Park MARC train station is very close, I-495 is a couple miles away, and it sits between Bethesda, Rockville and Wheaton.
