Three-Level Townhouse in Del Ray

This townhouse rental is located in Warwick Village, a development of 600 or so very similar-looking homes in Northern Virginia, all with two above-ground levels, a basement and brick facades. In addition to three bedrooms, this house also has an office, laundry room and separate family room (though 1,102-square feet seems a little tight for all those rooms). The front porch and back patio add some breathing room, and the house is walking distance from Del Ray. Available on April 1st, parking is included in the list price.

Art Deco One-Bedroom With a Patio on the Edge of Capitol Hill

This one-bedroom straddling the border of Capitol Hill and Hill East has access to that amenity that every renter wants: outdoor space. In addition to a brick patio in the back, the apartment has been outfitted in an Art Deco-style, with cool-looking kitchen cabinets, Italian granite counters and French double doors opening to the bedroom. It’s located about a 15-minute walk from Eastern Market and 10 minutes from the Potomac Avenue Metro station. Additional storage is available and there is a washer/dryer in the unit.

Petworth Two-Bedroom in The New Hampshire

The New Hampshire is an apartment building across from the Petworth Metro station that was built over a century ago. Newly renovated, the units just became available for rent and the common area renovations will be done by March. This 873-square foot two-bedroom unit has restored hardwood floors, high-efficiency appliances and windows, an updated kitchen and bathroom, and a washer/dryer.
