This Foggy Bottom apartment, the least expensive of those featured today, is about a seven minute walk from the Foggy Bottom Metro station. The one-bedroom unit features a kitchen with a dishwasher, arched doorways and hardwood floors. Although mostly standard, the unit is in a building with access to a roof deck, gym and communal laundry.

A Renovated Petworth Condo

This one-bedroom plus den apartment in Petworth features an updated kitchen, renovated bathroom and a spacious master bedroom. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, laundry and granite countertops that extend out into a breakfast bar that seats two. The kitchen is part of the open floor plan, which leads into a living space that can fit a small dining table, TV, and a couch. The large master bedroom is brightly lit with three windows and a large closet, and the bathroom is renovated with glass shelving and brushed steel accessories.

A One-Bedroom in Dupont Circle

This unit opens into the living space with wide, black-trimmed windows and built-in shelving that spans the entire length of the apartment’s back wall. The galley-style kitchen is tucked behind the dining space and features granite counters and white appliances. The bedroom also features built-in shelving and a large window that makes up most of the back wall. It’s location puts it within walking distance of the Dupont Circle Metro.
