This one-bedroom unit is on the top floor of a boutique building in Bloomingdale, offering rooftop views of the neighborhood. Just past the entryway, the one-wall kitchen has a hood concealed above the stove and a combination washer/dryer. In the bathroom, white square tiles line the walls surrounding the tub, where a narrow window creates a deep shelf. The unit also comes with a deeded parking space and the building has a shared roof terrace.
