About two and a half weeks ago, we asked our audience to weigh in on a fellow reader’s home buying decision. She was looking for a condo and had narrowed her search down to three listings: a two-bedroom condo in Petworth, a two-bedroom condo on Independence Avenue in Hill East and a two-bedroom condo on 16th Street in Hill East. A week later, we got an email saying that she found a different two-bedroom condo in Bloomingdale and was waiting to hear if she got FHA approval on it. Well, she just let us know that she now has the property under contract. It is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 150 Rhode Island Avenue NW. Details below:
