Last week, we highlighted this property in our Multiple Bids feature. We figured that the bright, spacious rowhouse in Truxton Circle would attract quite a few interested bidders. It appears that we were correct; the home is now under contract, and apparently received at least 11 offers. (One UrbanTurfer also lives across the street, and saw potential buyers gathered in front of the house most mornings). We’ll be interested to see where the final price lands.
