About a month ago, we featured a four-bedroom arts and crafts home in Del Ray that was completely revamped in 2005. The home has a wide open floor plan with skylights and exposed fir beams that criss cross the two-story ceiling in the living room, as well as a wood-burning fireplace, a custom staircase and a gourmet kitchen. Our favorite part of the house was the study attached to the master bedroom. The home sold for $1,000 above the $885,000 listing price.

A few weeks ago, we featured a unit in The Castle in Logan Circle, a cozy one-bedroom with a fireplace, a small dining area next to a brand new kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer.
