This three-level home in Adams Morgan was listed in mid-November and went under contract in six days. The property features two living rooms, an updated kitchen and three bedrooms. Although the rooms are split over a few levels, the white paint, modern finishings and hardwood floors unite the spaces. Currently the property has a brick terrace; however, according to the listing, this can be transformed into a parking space.

When featured, UrbanTurf compared the home to the aesthetic in Mount Pleasant because of the older-style fireplace adjacent to the front door, as well as a wide galley-style kitchen and a large dining room with double doors that lead to a sunroom
